Yes! It is all of that & we all want some of the same things and focus on our personal needs & wants.
Having worked relocation buyers for many years I can pretty much tell what the buyers want & most importantly what they need… especially after asking them questions such as do you have hobbies? What do you and your family like to do on weekends? Are you willing to have a longer commute to have more house?
It’s important to answer your agent’s questions because they can save you a lot of time and frustration. If they don’t ask you, tell them, be clear & don’t hold back information because your agent is there to help you.
Remember it comes down to “LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION”!!!
